helpful staff clean room attentive manager high hygiene
The staff was helpful and kind. Ms. Zeliha kept my room nice and neat. Sibel Özer, the Customer Relations Manager, ensured my stay was perfect. The hotel maintained high hygiene standards.
The variety of fresh options at breakfast could have been wider.

The breakfast had many options. I appreciated the metro station near. The location was close to shops and restaurants. Mertcan gave a warm welcome and upgraded my room .
The gym and spa area is for public use which required a swimming cap.
